*Waiter/ Waitress 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• A knowledge of the menu. Accurately explain food orders to chefs, with specific attention to allergies and special requests 

• Set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins 

• Uphold our food health safety and sanitation principles 

• Occasionally check on customers to handle any impromptu requests or issues 

• Ensure that the service is performed at all times in a professional manner 

• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization. Collect food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers  

  

Job Type: Full-time, Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month. We provide free visa plus tips, accommodation, transportation and meal 

EXPERIENCE: 

• Minimum 1-year food and beverage serving experience 

• Previous waiter/waitress contact and/or cashiering experience 

REQUIREMENTS

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language 

• Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skills 

• Open to ANY nationality; preferably Vietnamese and Philippine. 
Male and female from 35 years old and below. 

 

 

 

*Commis Chef (I, II & III) 

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• He/she is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes/menu of the Restaurant while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

• He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio and food preparation checklist. Keep section clean and tidy at all times, and make sure all items are labelled with dates

Take tasks and requests from the Chef in charge and carry them out in correct manner, need to be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times as and when required

 Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsiblyReport any failure of kitchen equipment, and follow up to ensure the necessary maintenance work has been carried out.

REQUIREMENTS

• Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed. 

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Culinary experience required  

• Open to ANY nationality; preferably Vietnamese. Male and female. 

EXPERIENCE: 

  • Must have similar experience working.  

  • Have strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility

  • Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time
